We are looking for a results driven retail sales executive to be responsible for all sales activities. The successful candidate will be able to elevate the company standards, achieve sales goals and meet client expectations.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on products.
- "Go the extra mile" to drive sales.
- Maintain in-stock and presentable condition the assigned store areas.
- Actively seek out customers in store.
- Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
- Cross Sell products
- Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
- Build productive trust relationships with customers
- Proven working experience as sales associate
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Proficiency in Spanish and one other language.
- Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer service focus
- High School Certificates or a degree in a related field is a plus.
- Previous knowledge of watches and jewellery is a plus
